Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of wearnerve.co and any purchase
you make from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to
these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site is operated by Sahilpreet Singh ("NERVE", "we", "us"),
located at 937 Eden Oak Court, Kitchener, Ontario, N2A 0H4, Canada.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to
purchase from this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are printed to order. Product images are digital mockups
and representations. Slight variation in print position, colour, and
garment shade is normal and is not considered a defect.

Sizes are as listed in the size guide on each product page. It is your
responsibility to check sizing before ordering.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the
right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at
any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders
we believe to be fraudulent or placed for resale. If we cancel an order
you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the
right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a
confirmation email. Orders may only be cancelled before entering
production. See our Refund Policy for full detail.

5. SHIPPING AND RISK
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once
the carrier takes possession of the goods, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, slogans, artwork, text, logos, and site content are the
property of Sahilpreet Singh and are protected by copyright and
trademark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell, or distribute our
designs in any form without written permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to
gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the site's
operation, or to scrape or copy site content for commercial use.

9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
This site uses third-party services including Shopify for hosting and
payment processing and Printify for fulfilment. Your use of the site
may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the practices
of third-party services.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent
permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or
implied, regarding the site or products, other than as required by
applicable consumer protection law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for
any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our
products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory
consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sahilpreet Singh from
any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always
posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes
constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and
the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the courts
of that jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to bring
proceedings in your own country of residence where consumer law permits.
