SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days
before your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon
as it's on its way.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
We print at facilities across North America and Europe. Your order is
automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address,
which keeps shipping fast and usually avoids customs entirely.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
After production:
- United States — 3–5 business days
- Canada — 4–8 business days
- Europe and United Kingdom — 4–8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand — 6–12 business days
- Rest of world — 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs,
and peak season can extend them.

SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

MULTI-ITEM ORDERS
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on
different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Because we print locally, most orders never cross a border. Where an
order does ship internationally, any customs fees, duties, or import
taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
the price or shipping cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned
to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we
can reship it at your cost. Orders lost due to an incorrect address
cannot be refunded or replaced.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking
can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
