Return and refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Every NERVE item is printed to order. Nothing is pre-made, which means
we can't restock returned items. Please order carefully and check the
size guide before you buy.

RETURNS FOR SIZING OR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of
mind, or dislike of a design. Size guides are provided on every
product page.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered,
we will replace it at no cost to you.

Email wearnerve33@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A photo of the shipping label

We'll confirm and send a replacement. In most cases you won't need to
return the original item.

Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery cannot be processed.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it,
check with your neighbours and local carrier depot first. If it's
genuinely lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the last
tracking update and we'll replace it.

We can't replace orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at
checkout.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Email us
immediately after ordering. Once printing has begun, cancellation
isn't possible.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM
If you are ordering from the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to
cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a
reason, and to receive a refund. To exercise this, email
wearnerve33@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your cost unless
the item was faulty. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving the
returned item, to your original payment method.

REFUNDS
Where a refund is issued, it goes to the original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post it.
